Extranodaal marginale zone lymfoom
Nodaal marginale zone lymfoom
Splenaal marginale zone lymfoom

Pathologie (inclusief moleculaire diagnostiek en cytogenetica)

Diagnose

Standaard op biopt:

Immuunhistochemie: CD20 (i.v.m. rituximab)

Op indicatie op biopt:

Moleculaire diagnostiek:
- B-/T-cel clonaliteitsanalyse
- Mutatie analyse via NGS panel: t(11;18), TNFAIP3, TNFRSF14 (dd MZL/FL)

Recidief

Standaard op biopt:

Clonale vergelijking met eerdere lymfoom, bij interval >5 jaar of verschillend type lymfoom
Immuunhistochemie: CD20 (i.v.m. rituximab)

Immunofenotypering

Immunofenotypering draagt bij aan de diagnose en stadiëring (uitsluiten / vaststellen extranodale lokalisatie) van rijpe B-celmaligniteiten.

Minimaal panel (B-cellymfoom)

Standaard:

CD45, CD19, CD20, CD5, CD23, CD200, CD10, CD38, IgKappa, IgLambda
