Extranodaal NK/T-cel lymfoom

Pathologie (inclusief moleculaire diagnostiek en cytogenetica)

Diagnose

Standaard op biopt:

  • Immuunhistochemie (o.a. CD56, cytotoxische markers, ISH EBER)

Op indicatie op biopt:

  • T-cel clonaliteitsanalyse (T-cel of NK-cel lymfoom)

Recidief

Standaard op biopt:

  • Clonale vergelijking met eerdere lymfoom, bij interval >5 jaar of verschillend type lymfoom

Immunofenotypering

Immunofenotypering draagt bij aan de diagnose en stadiëring (uitsluiten / vaststellen extranodale lokalisatie) van rijpe T/NK-celmaligniteiten.

Minimaal panel (T-/NK-cellymfoom)

Standaard:

  • CD45, CD2, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, CD56, TCRgd, TRBC1 of Vßkit

Op indicatie / ten behoeve van eventuele karakterisatie:

  • CD16, CD94, CD158a/b/e, CD11c (NK-LGL)
  • CD52, als target voor alemtuzumab
